A Night Of Drama: A Christmas Tragedy

Picture this: a group of brave improvisers and clowns take to the stage, fueled by grand visions of a stunning dramatic masterpiece. Little do they know, the audience is armed, not with applause, but with a barrage of banana peels*!

This is the chaotic world of A Night of Drama, the debut show of Jack & Zoe Comedy. Witness Jack Grossman, a determined live-director, desperately try to wrangle his company into a serious play. But between the audience’s playful bombardment of banana peels and the cast’s own comedic genius, his actions are ultimately thwarted as the night descends into a banana-filled coup.

Think classic Dickens meets Hugo with a dash of audience pantomime participation (and a whole lot of fruit scraps). Every show is a unique experience, featuring a rotating cast of guest clowns and improvisers who join the fray.

This isn’t just any comedy show – it’s a true cult classic. After a sold-out run at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and a US tour, A Night of Drama is back at Rosie B for A Christmas Tragedy!
